GIANT Blueberry Muffins

These are the best blueberry muffins you'll ever have! They're just like the ones you get at the bakery but fresh out of your own oven!


  • 1 1/2 cup Flour, All Purpose
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk (Can use regular milk)
  • 1 Egg, large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/3 Vegetable Oil (Can use applesauce as an oil replacement)
  • 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (Can use 1/4 cup Truvia)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (Cut into small pieces)


Muffin Mix
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan or use cupcake liners
Step 2
Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, baking 2 tsp powder and 1/2 salt.
Step 3
Add almond milk, vegetable oil and egg to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Step 4
Gently fold in blueberries.
Step 5
Fill muffin cups to the top.
Step 6
Mix together 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Step 7
Add butter and combine with a fork to create a crumbly mixture.
Step 8
Sprinkle generously on top of muffins.
Step 9
Bake 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center of muffin.
